WOW... what a Fantastic Term this has been ... with our crazy transition from previous management & rolling everyone into our new system utilising our Clubs Administration system, it was definietly a challenging learning curve for me. (with plenty more to learn). thankfully our skate families have been magnificently patient and understanding of all the changes this brought.
I will be talking with all parents over the next two weeks about how and when they can register their skaters for Term 4. As we now have a waiting list, we need to act promptly to assure you all have your desired spots.
- Term 3 permanent bookings will have first preference to their existing time slot.
- then waiting list registrations
- then open to public
- Those wanting to shift time slot need to discuss and confirm with me ASAP
- Those families that had or have special requirements regarding their booking need to dicuss and confirm with me ASAP
- We need to make room for new skaters.
- We have enough skaters waiting to learn with us to fill another session, yet we simply dont have the court time to do so at the moment.
- this is always a tricky one to manage, although we never want to lose any skaters, at the same time we dont like turning away potential new skaters. in an ideal environment we would love to have every session open to as many skaters that ever came to roll with us. with this in mind, if your are thinking of changing session or want to move onto our later club sessions at 6:30pm, Tues/Weds , please let me know ASAP.
- there is no learn to skate in the school holidays, due to us colaborting with the venue and councils, holding Growing for Gold sessions. Roller Skating | Growing for Gold (tidyhq.com) this is for new beginners, for those you may know that wish to try out the sport.
- stay tuned ... as i am sure there will be more updates soon .. M
