Hello Skate Families 

Firstly THANK YOU to each and every one of our skaters and their families for your overwhelming support throughout this transition. The first week was busy to say the least, yet it couldn't have been done without your support, understanding, and co-operation. I'm very pleased to say that most of our sessions are at capacity already, which is a fantastic reflection of our communities support. 

Big shout out to our Senior Coach Neil for stepping up and keeping the court rolling with the help of our extra volunteers Makayla, Jaiden, Peter & Judith, the kids all loved you. I cant thank them enough for everything. 

Thankyou to everyone that have paid their invoices/fees and submitted their Government SportsVouchers. If  you haven't sent in your SV yet, please email it asap, or bring it in with you, as i need to submit manually and wait the approval/payment process before updating invoices and sending receipts.

Some payments have still not come through (understanding some banks take longer than others). please check transfers on your end are correct, prior to sessions. I will communicate any neccessary updates with families individually at sessions this week. 

If you have not received any emails from us here, please let me know so i can update/confirm your details, this will then make future communications and bookings easier.  (you can txt,email or see me in person for this). if you do have access to your account you may notice that you should be able to update your details (eg if i have mispelled any names), and things like uploading a fun happy snap of your skater (this is simply so our caoches can familiarise with names of skaters easier, and is no way mandatory, nor used publicly without prior consent)
