By now everyone of our Term 2 participants should have received an email
about how to log in to our portal,
this is attached to their registrations that i have been finalising this weekend.
( this applies to everyone that returned their enrolment forms) .
From there i have placed participants into their selected sessions,
which then generated automated bulk invoices.
Please refer to the previous updated fees shedule
in order to get a better idea of what your families invoices will be.
All invoices at this stage will be set at $120 ..
many will be adjusted as the sessions begin next week,
(due to multiple family members, skate hire fees & sports vouchers)

TERM 3 HAS 10 WEEKS
Term Bookings will now be
$15 casual visit (**upon availability)
I can adjust invoices and log payments as we go ..
.. i expect this will be time consuming in the first week ..
.. so please be mindful and consider the extra time needed.
I will be concentrating on getting everyone checked into session first ..
.. so the particpants can start rolling. (*-MOST IMPORTANT-*)
Then i will chase up any admin needs at the first opprotunity with the caregivers.
roll up to your first sessions with time to spare prior ..
.. or time to stay back if more convenient to sort any registration concerns.
if you anticipate using the SPORTS VOUCHERS towards your invoice ..
please have forms filled out ready to submit to the club for further processing ..
.. this can take 10 - 15 business days be approved ..
.. then invoices can be adjusted accordingly.
