This session is only for those who are interested in having some structured badminton training for the Advanced / intermediate level.  Regular participation will be beneficial for the participants and will allow the coach to plan the session better.

Set-up: 1 hour of coaching session and 1 hour of social playing. Only 4 players will be in a session.

Cost: $35 (Subsidised)

Coach: David Wong (BWF Level 1 coach)

Where: MSAC - badminton hall, (come to court 10-12) 

WAIVER

Participants shall waive the organisers and the coach from liabilities in the event of injuries. Participants shall disclose to the coach before the event start if there is anything that may potentially cause injuries due to their participation in this coaching session. Participants shall be responsible for their own health and fitness level. The coach or organisers may ask the participant not to attend or participate in the session if it is deemed harmful or may cause injuries to the participant or others.
