Athletes all compete in 5 throw events (Hammer throw, Discus, Shot Put, Javelin, Weight Throw), accumulating points for their results.  An overall winner in each age category, male and female, will be awarded thanks to our sponsors. The presentation will be made the following week.

Outside club entries welcome $10 per athlete. Must be either Masters or Athletics Victoria Registered.
Must participate in all 5 events to be eligible for medals.
Shepparton Athletics Club members free entry.
