General Committee:
Recorder
- This position can be divided into 3 if required. Data Entry- entering the weekly results into a data base and uploading to website. Records- maintain and verifying club records and updating on website. Recording Sheets: Using the event information gathered on the website event reistration portal prepare weekly recording sheets and get to the venue at least 20-30mins prior to the first event.
Coaching Coordinator
- Coordinate all things coaching, trainings, coaches and professional development. Ability to coordinate a sub committee and report back to the executive and general commitee.

Grants Officer *New
- Work with the committee to apply for grants to meet goals set out to achieve.
Publicity & Social Media Position Description being devleloped
Uniform Oficer
- Order and sell club uniforms and merchandise in liaision with the commitee.

Social Activities Coordinator
- Coordinate 4 social events a year for the club. 2 being a Christmas break up and the AGM/Presentation venue. 2 others can be at the creatively of the coorinator and or a sub committee to report back to the committee with outline, dates and costs for whole committee approval. To meet the goal of building a positive club culture.
Fundraising Coordinator Position Description being devleloped *New
- Working with the Treasurer to set an annual goal to fundraise. Lead a sub committee or club volunteers to develop ideas to meet the fundraising amount. Liaise and report to the executive and general committee.
Cross Country Coordinator
- Oversee and develop club cross country opportunities. With the option to coordinate the Athletics Victoria events for the club.
