This is formal notice for Shellharbour Smash Pickleball Club Inc.'s inaugural Annual General Meeting. 

Time and Date : 25th November 2024, 6:30pm

The Annual General meeting (AGM) is an important event for our club and an essential requirement for incorporated organisations. It gives its members, the general public and the committee a broad overview of the organisation's current directions and financial health and confirms its purpose. It is also the time to revitalise the organisation through the official engagement of members into key elected positions. 2025 will be an exciting year for our little club - new venues, expansion of our existing venues, competitions within the Illawarra and support and sponsorship for players wanting to compete at tournaments in NSW and Australia are all part of what we would like to achieve within the next year. Get involved and shape the future of Pickleball in the South Coast!

Elections will be held for the following positions :

• President
• Vice-President
• Treasurer
• Secretary
• Committee members (the Committee will total 7 members, including executive positions)

We welcome nominations for all roles. Nomination should be sent via email to agm@shellharboursmash.au. We will also be taking nominations from the floor on the night of the meeting. Attached here is the Club Constitution if you have an interest in understanding the roles in the Club.
