CONDITIONS

•    Members agree to all conditions in the Membership Terms And Conditions
•    All annual 2025 registrations are valid from the date they are purchased through to 31 March, 2026
•    All temporary memberships are only valid for the dates or events for which they are specified 
•    All membership fees are inclusive of GST 
•    U18 age group, must be 17 years or younger as at 31 December 2025
•    Members must be registered and financial before they take the court in any training or competitive capacity
•    Any individual who is un-financial or disqualified in Victoria or any other state shall be ineligible for membership 
•    Volleyball Victoria reserves the right to take action against any member in breach of our policies and codes of conduct - this action can include suspension or cancellation of a membership without refund.

CONDITIONS

• Members agree to all conditions set out in our Code of Conduct, Child Safe Policy and Tournament Policy as well as all policies set out by Volleyball Victoria and Volleyball Australia

• Use of Image – You acknowledge and consent to photographs, electronic images, video recordings and or audio being taken of you during South Gippsland Volleyball Club Inc. (SGVCI) Activities. You acknowledge and agree that such photographs, electronic images, vidoe recordings and or audio are owned by SGVCI and SGVCI may use said material for promotional or other purposes without your further consent being necessary. Further, you consent to SGVCI using your name, image, likeness and participation in SGVCI Activities, at any time, by any form of media, to promote SGVCI.
