Friendly reminder to please book boats you use, as you use them.  It is appreciated that sometimes you will get to the shed and the forecasted conditions have changed, and that you might need to alter an approved booking.  On those occasions, on the morning of rowing, please check that:

1. 1. the boat is available for use, ie for the time period you intend to use the boat (note someone may have the boat booked for a later/clashing period);
   2. the boat is within your graded category, ie. novice rowers are to book novice graded boats; &
   3. the boat isn’t unavailable, ie. not listed on the app (which may happen if the boat requires repairs/maintenance). 

Please note that the app is kept up-to-date regarding all club assets.  If you can’t see the boat for booking, it means it’s not available to be booked.

If the boat you want to use is available, please place a booking through the app prior to taking it out. 

Also, if you decide not to go out, for whatever reason, and you have a booking, please cancel the booking, so the boat goes back into the available  fleet.
