Child and Youth Safety

Sandy Bay Water Polo Club is committed to Child and Youth Safety. All members of our club are responsible for the safety and wellbeing of children and young people under the age of 18 years who engage with our club and the sport. 

All our committee members, coaches and managers agree to and sign the Child Safe - Code of Conduct document upon being appointed as a "Person in Position of Authority".

Our Child and Youth Safe Standards are shown below.

If a parent, carer or member of our community sees any behaviour that causes concern it should be reported to our Club President or Member Protection Information Officer in accordance with the SBWPC Reportable Conduct Information Sheet.
