Member Protection and Complaints

Sandy Bay Water Polo Club has qualified Member Protection Information Officers (MPIO) who can provide information about a member's rights, responsibilities and options for making a complaint or raising a concern. They are our "go-to" people to discuss problems with our club or association (WPTAS) especially if you're considering making a formal complaint.
