Registrations for this event are closed.
- Trials will be conducted to select team(s) to represent South Brisbane Indoor Hockey Association (SBIHA or Vipers) at the U18 Womens State Championships, to be held on Friday 8th Dec to Sunday 10th Dec.
- Vipers is planning to nominate 2-3 teams for U18 Women (subject to Hockey Queensland acceptance).
- Trials will be a combination of training drills and games.
- Please arrive 30 minutes before start-time for registration and warm-up.
- Who can trial:
- Only girls born in 2005-2007
- Must be registered indoor players with Hockey QLD, with SBIHA as primary association for indoor
- Must be a full-time registered player in a 2023 competition at SBIHA
- What are the costs:
- Nomination costs for trialling will be $40 per player - payable to cover venue hire for trials and some training
- The nomination costs are non-refundable
- If selected, rep players will be required to purchase a Vipers singlet and socks
- A compulsory Tournament Fee is also payable to Hockey QLD
- Travel and/or accommodation costs are the responsibility of the player.
- Development clinics - Saturday 7 October
- Trial - Saturday 11 November (6.00pm-7.30pm) - NB: this has been changed from 4 November.
- Team trainings - DO NOT RELY ON THESE DATES NOW (Saturday 18 November (6.00pm-7.30pm), 25 November (1.00pm-2.45pm) & 3 December (3.30pm - 6.00pm - time) TBC)
