Registrations for this event are closed.
- Trials will be conducted to select teams to represent South Brisbane Indoor Hockey Association (SBIHA or Vipers) at the U18 Womens State Championships, to be held on 4 - 6 December 2022 at Maryborough.
- Vipers is planning to nominate two teams for U18 Womens (subject to Hockey Queensland acceptance).
- Trials will be a combination of training drills and games.
- Please arrive 30 minutes before start-time for registration and warm-up.
- Who can trial:
- Only Women born in 2004, 2005 and 2006
- Must be registered indoor players with Hockey QLD, with SBIHA as primary association for indoor
- Must be a full-time registered player in a 2022 competition at SBIHA
- What are the costs:
- Nomination costs for trialling will be $40 per player - payable to cover venue hire for trials and some training
- The nomination costs are non-refundable (unless the court hire is not used due to Covid-19 restrictions)
- If selected, rep players will be required to purchase a Vipers singlet and socks
- A compulsory Tournament Fee is also payable to Hockey QLD
- Travel and accommodation costs are the responsibility of the player.
- Development clinics - Sunday 2 October (10.30am-12.00noon)
- Team training - Saturday 19 November and Saturday 26 November (pm TBC)
