Annual General Meeting | 9am | 29th January 2022 | Sarina Athletics Clubhouse (Wally O’Grady Oval)

This notice is to advise of our Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled to be held on the 29th of January 2022. This will be held at Sarina Athletics club house, at Wally O’Grady Oval, Sarina at 9am.

Please RSVP to the AGM via email or Facebook messaging the club.

Positions must be filled for the club to continue functioning in 2022. Such positions include:

-President

-Vice-President

-Secretary

-Treasurer

-Registrar

-Grants Officer

-Volunteer coordinator

-Events Organising/ Event Helpers

-Canteen coordinator / Canteen Helpers

-First Aid Officer

-Mowing & Maintenance (on a roster)

-Line Marking / Working Bees

-Coaching/Assisting

-Social Media/ Newsletters

-Fundraising

-General Member

If you have the interest or capacity to fill/help-with any of the above roles, please email or Facebook message us to advise of your nomination/ ability to help.

The more positions that are filled, the better our club can be for our Athlete’s & Community groups that utilise our fields.

If you can not attend the AGM but can still assist during the season in one of the above roles, please still let us know of your nomination/ availability.
