***SCR MEMBERS ONLY EVENT***

The SCR are kicking off another Trail Series to provide an opportunity for any novice to seasoned runner / walker a chance to experience, in a group environment, some of the many amazing bush trails our local area has to offer.

The series will be conducted over three trail events, with the first event commencing at 8am sharp on the 30^th of April 2023.

For event 1, participants will choose to complete the approximately 6km or the 13km course.

Interested participants must register.

The event will have a timekeeper and the results will be recorded. Saying this however, a strong emphasis will be on participation. So whether you want to walk or run over the shorter or the longer distance, the aim will be to get as many participants to join in the experience of running or walking on some of our awesome local trails.

The course is an out and back course, starting at the Tathra Fire Station and following well graded fire trails to either the 3km turn around (by touching the Games Bay sign) or the 6.5km turn around (by touching the sea at Games Bay).

There's no mandatory gear requirements for the event.

You might like to bring a water bottle, a mobile phone or anything else you feel you might need for your distance.

The aim will be to get everyone at the start by 7.45am for check-in and safety brief.
