This is another great opportunity to experience more of our amazing bush and coastal trails.
Parking for the event will be the corner of Sapphire Coast Drive and Widgeram Road, Bournda. This is also the location of the start / finish of the event.
The course - ‘Coastal Connections’ - will see participants travel over an assortment of single tracks, formed paths, dirt road and open sandy trails through wonderful coastal vegetation, whilst enjoying some spectacular coastal scenery.
Again, the event will have a timekeeper and the results will be recorded. So whether you want to walk or run over the shorter or the longer distance, the aim will be to get as many participants to join in the experience of running or walking on more of our awesome local trails.
What you’ll need to bring – There’s no mandatory equipment that required to be carried on the course. However, it is recommended to wear a suitable pair of runners or walking shoes or boots, as well as bring a water bottle, a mobile phone and any personal medication, e.g. Ventolin…
We need everyone at the start for check-in, course brief and safety brief by 7.45am. The race will then commence at 8am sharp.
