This is a 3-day camp lead by Coach Sam & Coach Lizzi.
All sailors preparing for Nationals encouraged to attend. There will be coaching catered to both competitive and new boats, and separate training exercises to suit each level.
This camp is INCLUDED in any Silver or Gold Training membership fees.
If you have not signed up for an annual training package, or have signed up for Bronze, you will be invoiced as a once off attendee.
