Sandringham Life Saving Club will be running a special 'Winter Solstice' Sunday morning swim.

Join us on Sunday 23rd June at 8am for a dive into the mid-winter bay water to celebrate the shortest day and the countdown to summer.

This swim is open to club members and members of the community. All participants are requested to register in advance to guarantee their spot and to assist us with water safety support and for catering numbers.

This event is either a cold water dip in the shallows or a 400m swim to the first pole and back.

The Sandringham Life Saving Club volunteers will then have warm buckets of water on hand and a cooked brekkie and warming cuppa will be served on the club balcony.

It is requested that participants bring cash to donate to the club to help us cover event expenses.
