All players must register at the Masters Games office (Central Oval Community Sporting Hub, 10 Augusta Terrace, Port Augusta) before commencement of the first game.

Each participant must complete a separate entry form.
The committee reserve the right to cancel or combine an event and alter programs/rules due to weather or other circumstances deemed appropriate.
Matches may be held under lights if required.
