Welcome to the 2024 Season!

The information below will assist you to complete  registrations and uniform orders using the online systems for St Andrews Ladies Hockey Club Inc. and  Hockey Australia Registration.

Players are required to complete online registrations for Hockey Australia, Hockey Queensland and their local hockey association. This involves payment of Hockey Australia and Hockey Queensland fees. Players are also required to register for their Club and pay Club fees.    

Registration this year for St Andrews Ladies Hockey Club Inc. will involve players completing two online registration processes and paying their fees in 2 separate portions.

• Players must register online through the St Andrews Ladies Hockey Club website and can choose to pay this portion of their fees either by Bank Transfer, online by credit card or by cash. 
• Players must also register online through the Hockey Australia online registration portal and must pay this portion of their fees online by credit card or Paypal.

Simply follow the steps below on your computer or mobile device.

Step 1: Hockey Australia Registration

In addition to St Andrews Ladies Hockey Club registration and fees, all players MUST register with Hockey Australia and pay Hockey Australia (HA), Hockey Queensland (HQ) and insurance fees.  This part of the process should be completed as soon as possible, and MUST be completed before a player can take the field on their first match.  All insurance cover expired at the end of the 2023 season therefore whether you played last year or did not play last year,  it is necessary for you to register with HA and HQ to be covered for 2024 training and pre-season competitions. 

All non-playing coaches, managers, umpires and game officials should also register via this process, however, fees do not have to be paid for these members. 

The player fees paid via the Hockey Australia online registration portal for 2024 are:

• Senior Player Turf and Grass (19 years and over ) - $151.81
• 10 Game PACK player  - $113.81
•  Student Player levy (19-24 Years) - $120.81
•  Junior Player (9-18 years)  - $90.81
•  Under 7 and Under 9 Player - $39.81

These fees will have to be paid online through the Hockey Australia registration process as below.  

 (When you land on the Registration page there will be two options REGISTER or RENEW).  All returning members  from 2023 will be required to RENEW  their membership.  For those who didn't play in 2023 you will need to register as NEW member.

• Transferring from another Club?   If you are a new member to St Andrews Ladies Hockey Club you will register in the   National system with St Andrews and select the RENEW option.  
• Dual Players - Please register and pay the HA/HQ fees online with your Primary Association/Club before you register as a Secondary player with St Andrews Ladies Hockey Club. When you register in the national system with St Andrews Ladies Hockey Club you will select the RENEW option. You will not be charged the HA/HQ/Insurances fees a second time. 
• Will you be coaching, managing, umpiring or doing tech bench for Saint Andrews Ladies Hockey Club and not playing?  You will need to register as a member in the national system.  You will not be charged any fees for this type of registration.

Step 2: Register with St Andrews Ladies Hockey Club  -  Registrations are open.
