Nominations are now open for the 2023 Tasmanian Sailing Awards, with the annual event set to recognise clubs, members, volunteers and athletes from around the state for their outstanding achievements and contributions over the past year.

This weekend will see the running of the International Cadet Class Tasmanian Championships hosted by the Sandy Bay Sailing Club. 

The 44th Sabre Nationals 10 race series was held 11-14 January 2023 at the Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania on the Derwent River, Hobart, with 47 boats facing the starting line.

Young sailors from across the state will come together in February to train and compete with the State’s best.

The Sabot sailing National Championships, to be staged at Beauty Point in December by the Tasmanian Sabot Sailing Association (TSSA) has won the support of Liberty Bell Bay, one of Tasmania's most significant industrial groups and a major player in the Australian and global steel industry.
