Australian Sailing is pleased to present its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Strategy for 2025-2028. Designed to communicate Australian Sailing’s strategic plan and wholesale commitment to increasing access to sailing, championing diversity and creating inclusive and welcoming environments for everyone, the DEI Strategy unveils a vision for an inclusive future within the sport.

On the weekend of 12th & 13th of October, the Richmond River Sailing & Rowing Club in Ballina held it's SheSkippers Regatta. Consisting of six races over two days, this rather unique regatta has a somewhat different approach and objectives to many other women’s events.

Round 1 of the Manly Junior State Championships: A Weekend of Sunshine and Sailing Success

The first round of the Manly Junior State Championships kicked off in spectacular fashion last weekend at the Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club. Competitors, volunteers, and support crews were treated to perfect conditions, with a sunny northeast seabreeze setting the stage for some thrilling racing. A total of 30 boats contested Open and Novice Divisions, showcasing the skill and enthusiasm of junior sailors from clubs across the region.

She Sails Development Regatta – NCYC

This event, designed to promote and develop women’s sailing, is an annual regatta to help our emerging Sailing Academy graduates and invited teams from other club women’s training programs, make the transition into racing. We aim to create friendships and comradery to ensure all competitors’ sailing experiences are fun and rewarding.
