Venue: Australian Sailing Office, 578 Royal Esplanade, Manly 

Time: Commencing immediately after the Special General Meeting (Approx 7:30pm)

2. Confirmation of the minutes of the Forty Second Annual General Meeting held on Thursday 26th October 2023 as circulated.

3. Receipt of 2023/2024 report from the President.

4. Receipt of Australian Sailing report.

5. Announcement of winners of Queensland Sailing Awards 2023/2024.

6. Receipt of the Auditors report on the 2023/2024 Audited Financials.

7. Adoption of the 2023/2024 Annual Report and 2023/2024 Annual Audited Financial Statements.

8. Appointment of Auditors.

9. Life Membership nominations.

Ordinary Resolution 

THAT the members of Yachting Queensland Limited resolve to:

Admit Ken Hurling OAM for Life Membership of Yachting Queensland for his significant and distinguished service to sailing in Queensland over the last 21+ years.
