DSC - FairPlay activity Providers
Is your club currently registered as an Activity Provider in the Queensland Governments new FairPlay Enquire2 system?
If not, you will not be able to redeem any FairPlay vouchers unless you take action now and register in the New System.
QGrants is NOT used by the FairPlay voucher program. Redemption of vouchers through the QGrants program is no longer available.
If you haven’t been involved in the FairPlay voucher system before, take a look at the website to see how you can become an Activity Provider.
Parents, carers or guardians can apply for a voucher valued up to $150 for their child, which can be used towards sport and active recreation membership, registration or participation fees with registered activity providers. There is a limit of 1 voucher per child per calendar year. (If you organisation not on this list you need to register now).

Round 8 is Opened on 25 January 2023
This means that if you register now and meet the eligibility criteria, you can start redeeming FairPlay vouchers as soon as you are assessed.
The Queensland Government has a new system:
Registering is easy!
- Create an Enquire account.
- Add your organisation to a business registration. The accountable officer should be the most senior person within the organisation such as the President, Chief Executive Officer, Chairperson or Principal.
- Complete the activity provider application by:
- clicking ‘Apply’ to register as an activity provider for FairPlay vouchers (this is located on the home page)
- uploading the organisation’s bank statement which needs to exactly match the organisation’s legal name. The statement must be less than 3 months old. The department will not accept online printouts, transaction listings, account confirmations, screen captures, mobile app screenshots.
There are two phases to the process. Once registered with your own email address (phase 1) you will need to apply to create a business account in the organisation’s legal name using the club/organisation email address (phase 2). (As shown on the ABN Register)
Read and agree to the terms and conditions.
Round 8 Redemptions Close on 31 May 2023 and you will need to allow at least 10 days for approval. Register and apply NOW!
