A combination of practical and theory, the course covers all the material required to sit and pass the MAST Recreational Motor Boat License examination. Also includes a copy of MAST Boatwise Buddy Manual.

At the successful completion of the exam, candidates are required to go to Service Tasmania and pay the licence fee. when this is done they are qualified to operate a motor boat within the restrictions placed on recreational motor boat operators.

MAST now require proof of identity driver licence with current address or  form of identity.
