Two course Christmas dinner with a choice main and dessert and mulled wine and cider on arrival.
Menu:
Turkey and prosciutto roulade with pork fennel and cranberry stuffing, rich pan jus, roasted carrots, beans, and mashed potato.

Oven baked market fish with buttered broccolini, mashed potato and a creamy champagne and caper sauce.
Desserts:
Eggnog panna cotta with drunken raisins, raspberry sauce and pistachio praline crumbs.

Maple pudding with brandied anglaise and Chantilly cream.
