School Holiday Coaching Clinic

This event is open to all RWLAC athletes in the 6's - 17's

This is a perfect chance to improve your skills before the carnivals, zone or even for Friday nights. 

All attendees will spend 30 mins at each of the following stations:

• Shot Put
• Discus
• Sprints (and block starts - if in the 11's and above)
• Long Jump and Triple Jump

Cost is $10 per athlete and is limited to 50 athletes. 

Once this clinic is full we are unable to take any more athletes.
