RAC pre-season training will commence on Mondays from 18th March (no Wednesdays at this point in time), 5.00-6.00pm for ages 6 years+. Returning members must renew their season registerration before attending training.
Monday 18th and Monday 25th March will also be additional Come & Try for new members - reistration is required.
Please wear closed in shoes (runners best), suitable clothing for athletic activity and bring a water bottle.
