Come along to the RAC Come & Try mornings at Freds Pass Sport & Recreation Reserve (front field next to the markets). Try out the different events and meet our coaches and returning members. We cater for 3-99yrs, Tiny Tots through to Masters.

Registration for this event is required for all attendees, unless your membership is current for the 2024 season. Nb. it is preferable that returning members renew their club registration rather than register specifically for the Come & Try day.

Tiny Tots (3-5 years) will be from 8.30-9.15/9.30am. 6 years+ participants will be divided into groups and rotate around the track & field events over the three Come & Try Days.

Please wear closed in shoes (runners best), suitable clothing for athletic activity and bring a hat, water bottle and sunscreen.
