The Summer Pacer Squad is targeted at sailors who have some prior sailing experience and are looking to further develop their skills. They may have completed a learn to sail course and want to start regularly sailing. 

The Pacer Squad will train once a week and focus on developing intermediate to advanced standard of boat handling skills, develop their teamwork skills and be introduced to both fleet and teams racing strategy and tactics. 

Sailors need to be Youth Members or have a current RSYS Sail Pass to be a part of the program.
