- On-water accredited coach providing feedback, guidance and emotional support during the regatta.
- On-water accredited coach with first aid certification to ensure safety of the sailors.
- Coach lead briefings and debriefs.
- The use of the Optimist Stacker for sailors to transport their dinghies.
