The Dinghy Squads Performance Camps will be separated by sailors' level and fleet. There will be four groups (based on demand); Optimist Green Fleet, Optimist Performance, Laser Performance and Pacers. For each group we will have a variety of fun/skill-based activities suitable to the sailor's ability.

Lunch will be provided for all sailors with the choice of a burger, fish & chips, or a salad, as well as a gelato!!  

This is a skill-focused training camp to better sailors' abilities. We will also incorporate some fun activities to mix things up.
