The Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron (RSYS) and the RSYS Youth Dinghy Sailing Committee, as the Organising Authority, invites eligible RSYS Members to participate in the RSYS Youth Summer Camp 2022 from Monday 17 January to Friday 21 January 2022. 

Get ready for the RSYS Summer Camp 2022!

For this coming camp, we will be based out of the Squadron, venturing out each day with some new and exciting activities. Sailors will be provided with breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon sausage sizzle each day, as well as cooked dinner for our night away at Northbridge Sailing Club! Each day will run 8am-4pm (apart from the Northbridge Sailing Club camping night). Sailors will need to bring a sleeping bag and mat for the camping night away at Northbridge Sailing Club. A detailed pack list will be sent out soon. 

Schedule:

Monday 17th - Sail to Manly for SUP Ball. Morning tea @ 1030. SUPBALL @ 1100-1230 Lunch and sail home in the afternoon.

Tuesday 18th - Sail to Balmoral. Windsurfing experience at Balmoral. Sail home in afternoon.

Wednesday 19th - Snorkel experience at Shelly beach. 0900-1000. Return to RSYS for Elliott experience.

Thursday 20th - Sail to Northbridge SC. Rib ride back to RSYS for Offshore experience (long reef return). Stay overnight in NSC.

Friday 21st - Marathon sail in Northbridge and Roseville river. Sail back to RSYS for 2pm pasta lunch and camp conclusion.

Sailors will be placed into 4 house teams (Yellow, Green, Red, Blue) to score points throughout the Camp.
