Dragons Abreast  and Redlands Sea Dragons are hosting a Come & Try day on 24 September 2022 at Redland Bay. Come to Nev Stafford Park at Redland Bay at 6.15am. You can park at the Redland Bay Community Hall. 

Dragon boat paddling is a fun, group water sport that will help improve your health, fitness and wellbeing after a diagnosis of breast cancer.

Wear comfortable clothing (you may get wet), towel, hat , sunglasses, sunscreen, water bottle, change of clothes and a sense of humour.
Breast cancer survivors of all levels of fitness, age or gender are welcome along with family and friends.
No commitment and 3 FREE trial sessions.
Morning Tea will be provided afterwards.
