This simplified event is focused around a morning affair in the predominantly sheltered waters of Waterloo Bay and circumnavigates the scenic islands of Green and St Helena over approximately a 12nm course, utilising either traditional methods of navigation or GPS aboard either a conventional power boat or sailing boat under power. The gorgeous back drop of the ever expanding Port of Brisbane and skyline makes for conversation upon returning to the Squadron.
