We agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of ISAF and by all other rules that govern the regatta and I acknowledge that RRS rule 3 - Decision to Race, places the sole responsibility for a boat deciding to participate in a race or to continue racing on her alone.

The Organising Authority, its associates and appointees will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury, death or inconvenience sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta.
