TECHNO 293 + FOILING COACHING CLINIC 2020

This performance focussed clinic is designed to cater for the specific demands of windsurfing and will incorporate a multi- facetted approach to coaching.

The program each day will consist of a conditioning session, on-water coaching session as well as a detailed video review and performance analysis.

The learnings from this clinic will assist in the development of tailored training programs going forward into the season.

For those Techno sailors who have transitioned into foiling we will have a Wind Foil coaching session after the Techno coaching sessions every day.
