TECHNO 293 COACHING CLINIC 2019

This performance focussed clinic is designed to cater for the specific demands of windsurfing and will incorporate a multi- facetted approach to coaching.

The program each day will consist of a conditioning session, on-water coaching session as well as a detailed video review and performance analysis.

The structure of each day will be tailored to replicate the exercise and fatigue levels associated with regatta competition. The learnings from this clinic will assist in the development of tailored training programs going forward into the season.

Of importance also is the ability we will have to make the most of good conditions for some quality “blasting” time!

Saturday 28^th: 1000-1300 On water coaching

Sunday 29^th: 1000-1100 Conditioning session

Monday 30^th: 1000-1100 Conditioning session
