Please make sure that you have read the Trade Exhibitor Brochure in full before starting this booking form.

Please read the following instructions carefully. Incomplete booking forms will not be accepted.

1. Answer all questions completely.
2. The list of products or services you plan to sell or provide must be specific.
3. Please be aware that even though you provide us with a list of products you wish to sell or services you wish to provide, not all of these products will be on the permitted products list. RA  have other contractual arrangements with sponsors and suppliers; therefore, the sale of some products may not be possible.
4. Make sure that you have your Public Liability Insurance and Workers' Compensation Certificates of Currency on hand as these will be required as a part of this booking.
5. Please ensure that you have carefully read the Terms and Conditions prior to submitting your booking.
6. This document does not constitute an offer on the part of RA, but is an invitation for you to submit a proposal.
