There has been a slight increase to membership fees across the board. However the monies that the Club receives are identical to last year.
This is because of the need to transition into the PIN payment system.
Using Pin Payments ensures that payments are processed immediately, with the club receiving their portion of the fees, and capitation fees automatically going to RQ and RA. Not only does this process remove significant administration work from club committees and RQ, it also guarantees that capitation fees are marked as paid at the peak body level instantly, so members have the correct insurances straight away.
From 2022 onwards, RQ will no longer manually update individual members’ invoices and upgrades which have not been processed due to payment by bank transfer or a means other than Pin Payments. This means that if the club has a member who joins by other than Pin Payments, this payment will not be processed in the RQ system until we undertake to invoice all clubs for membership fees, which is approximately once every 4 months.
