PRACTICE COMP - SATURDAY 29th JULY
PRACTICE COMP is this weekend...........with competitions, come a few housekeeping rules to ensure the girls get the best competition experience.
It's very daunting going out on the floor to do your physie, so it's really important that we:
Arrive at competition with hair/makeup & leotard/performance wear on
Each competitor will receive a participation medal &/or certificate
At Interclubs, places will be awarded 1st-6th (depending on competitor numbers)
Check where the venue of competition is & allow enough time for travel, parking and getting sorted with number pinned etc. Unfortunately competitions are run to a strict timetable and cannot wait for each late competitor
Find your ROUSTER friends in the audience (look for the sea of lime green and black) & sit quietly
Limit your movements around hall when girls are on the floor competing
If you have small children, refrain from sitting in the front row so children do not move and distract the girls competing
Never walk across the competition floor or move from your seat whilst girls are competing - especially if in the front row
Spectators will need to pay an entry fee (usually <16 are free) so remember to bring some loose change
Support your physie friends - stay and watch. You can learn so much by simply watching your peers
Dont forget to invite your grandparents, aunties/uncles, friends, neighbours & remind them of all these important things above
Ask your age group coordinators or email admin@rousehillphysie.com.au if you have any questions
