• Minkey's it will be our job to put out the little goals and fill in playing cards for under 11's games (The draw is laminated up on the wall in the tech box) & to time keep games. (We will need to have people there at 7.30-7.45 to ensure all little goals are out and fields are marked with witches hats)
• Under 9's it will be your job to time keep , help fill out under 11's score cards that have not been filled in, we will also require as many parents as possible to stay and help put away little goals and put up the Under 11's goals which will need to be done BEFORE 10.30. This takes at least 4 people per goal so as many of you that could stay and help would be great.
• Under 11's Black  & Gold it will be your job to put away the big goals & time keep. If we could have some of you there at 10.00 to 10.30 to relieve the Minkey and 9's parents who have stayed to time keep and put up your goals.
