Regular Crew Details

Terms Of Registration

  • An Entry Form nominating the series being entered must be completed and submitted before participation in any RMYCT race.
  • Entries from visiting boats (non-RMYCT registered boats) will be accepted for up to a maximum of three (3) races per season. Thereafter RMYCT club membership is required for the boat, the owner and the crew.
  • Owners of boats entered (other than visiting boats) must be financial Boat Owner Sailing Members of the RMYCT.
  • All crew (including the skipper) must be financial Sailing Members of the RMYCT or have registered for an RMYCT SailPass.
  • All visiting crew (including the skipper) must be financial members of an Australian Sailing affiliated club or have registered for an RMYCT SailPass (A SailPass can be obtained from the RMYCT website at Sailing / SailPass).
  • A copy of your current Australian Sailing Safety Certificate (Category 7 or higher) must be attached to this Entry Form or be provided via Email to Sailing@RMYCToronto.com.au.
  • Only series entries are eligible for inclusion in a Point Score.
  • All prescribed fees or levies must be paid prior to contesting a race.
  • All yachts must have adequate current Third Party Property Liability Insurance and Third Party Personal Liability Insurance cover of not less than $10,000,000 for any one incident. All insurance must be maintained during the period of racing. If the race allows spinnakers, the insurance must include coverage for spinnaker racing, even if the boat may not be using a spinnaker. A copy of the insurance certificate must be attached to this Entry Form or be provided via Email to Sailing@RMYCToronto.com.au.
  • It is the responsibility of the owner and skipper to ensure that the boat nominated in this Entry Form complies with the “rules” as defined in the Racing Rules of Sailing 2021-2024.
  • By submitting this Entry Form, the Boat Owner is making a declaration to RMYCT that the nominated boat will at all times comply with the requirements of Australian Sailing and the Sailing Instructions including Australian Sailing Special Regulations and acknowledges the receipt of the risk warning in the Notice of Race clause 2.1 and releases RMYCT of any claim or liability whatsoever from any harm or personal injury suffered by him or her, or by any person claiming through him of her, in any event conducted by RMYCT.
  • The person who submits this Entry Form warrants to RMYCT that he or she will draw to the attention of any person who competes on the yacht the risk warning in the Notice of Race clause 2.1.
