My daughter had emergency surgery and received a donation from a stranger that saved her life from a bleed after her tonsils were removed. I was not able to help her that night but the feeling of not being able to help her will always stay with me. Now, this helpless feeling will stay with me forever but, I know that feeling of relief I felt after the operation will be passed onto someone else every time I donate.

The NSW Pickleball Blood Drive will be launched on 1 May 2024, and our combined efforts in donating blood will be acknowledged in the "Pickleball NSW" Lifeblood Team.
