Welcome, Race and Competitor Briefing for the 73rd Bunbury and Return Ocean Race

Thursday 11 February 7pm in the Roland Smith Room (the big room) at Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club.

Compulsory for at least 2 from each team (See SSI 17).

Includes:

• Weather briefing from the Bureau of Meteorology.
• Race briefing by the Race Officer. 
• Address by AMSA representative. 
• Beverages available for purchase from the bar. Canapes provided. 
• Mask's must be worn. 
• Guests must be seated to consume their food and beverage.

The capacity of the Clubhouse remains capped at 150 patrons (excluding staff) and as such there will be restrictions on the number of members permitted in certain areas of the Club.

Staff will closely monitor capacity limits and in addition you must register with the SafeWA app or sign in manually on arrival.

The following requirements are also in place.
• Mandatory wearing of a face mask except when eating and drinking - this includes all Club premises:  Clubhouse, marina, jetties and car park.
• The 4 square metre rule is in force.
• Seated service only for food and beverage.
• Please continue to observe social distancing and hygiene practices.
