The Recreational Skippers Ticket (RST) is a qualification based on a set of competencies that have been adopted by all government marine safety authorities in Australia to contribute and to promote:

The assessment of these competencies is in two sections: theory and practical.
The minimum age to obtain an RST being 14 years. A person requires a RST if they are to be the skipper of a vessel powered by an engine of more than 6hp.
This course is designed for Mums and Ladies in the community wanting to attain their RST. The course will be led by a very experienced trainer Tracy, who will leave you with the skills and confidence you need to drive power boats.
Note: This is not an Australian Sailing accredited course and instead is conducted by the school/club/organisation, outside of the Australian Sailing framework.
