1. Confirm your preferred role.   We will do our utmost to take into consideration everyone’s preferences, however please be aware that some slight adjustments may end up needing to be made. 
2. Advise the exact dates you are available.  Please check all the event dates and advise us which dates you can or can’t do.  When we have all this information in, we will put a roster together and send it out for you to confirm so appropriate amendments can be made as required.
   
   
3. Advise us your shirt size.  Volunteer shirts are being provided to all those working on the regatta but as you can appreciate, we need to put the order in early so we have them delivered in time. 
   
   
4. Advise is if you are also interested in volunteering for the Etchells State Championship being conducted out of the Royal Perth Yacht Club Fremantle Annexe on Saturday 17^th and 18^th February (RFBYC is the OA). It would be great to have the Worlds volunteer team together for this event also so everyone becomes familiar before the “big one”.
