RFBYC Junior members are invited to participate in the 2023 Youth in Keelboats Frostbite Series.  Our junior members will be paired with a qualified coach who will provide guidance and make sure participants are nice and safe racing the Club's BW8 Keelboats. On each race day sailors will participate in one long race around fixed marks in Freshwater Bay and Melville Water West. 

The aim of this initiative is to give our junior/youth sailors an experience to build and develop their keelboat sailing skills and to sail around fixed marks on the river.   Our sailors will be allocated to a boat and  with a qualified coach who will provide guidance and to ensure you have an enjoyable and safe experience. 

The sailor must be at a Club racing level in Dinghies to be eligible to participate in this program.
