2023 OPEN CLASSES

Please invite your friends to come along to learn about Calisthenics and what being a Regent member is all about.

Anyone that comes along will get a free concert ticket and can join in the warm up and beginning of each class - they are then able to watch the rest of class and see what it is we do!
