XMAS LOLLY RUN

Please be at the Paddlers Den at 5.30pm.

Boat preparation starts at 5.00pm.  We will be on the water from 6.00pm to 7.30pm.

Paddlers MUST register to be included in each training session and for coaches to formulate crews before session commencing. Once registered, it is vital to attend the training session booked and notify club if you cannot attend.

DRAGON BOAT TRAINING PARAMETERS

• Clean equipment after use; including boats, club paddles and sweep oars.
• DO NOT attend training if you are unwell.
